We are able to completely fill pipes with a safe, eco-friendly gas before using a highly sensitive detector to check for gas leaks. This test is frequently highly precise and, for instance, can locate a leak from a pipe buried in a concrete floor to within a few centimetres.

Heat is constantly produced by water pipes. A leak will cause the temperature of the pipes at the source to vary, exposing the issue. Thermography identifies variations in surface temperature, giving our engineers proof of the source of the leak.
